SyntheticUser Lab provides AI-assisted prototype testing, synthetic persona generation, usability reporting, checkout, support, and related website services. This Privacy Policy explains the categories of information we may process and the choices available to users.

Prototype and research content

Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to submit prototypes, URLs, screenshots, and research materials. Payments

Payments are processed by NOWPayments. We do not store full payment credentials. We may receive invoice identifiers, order references, payment status, currency, and transaction metadata needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and compliance.
